M has one goal: turn compatibility into an actual meeting as fast and as comfortably as possible. Here's the whole flow.
1. Build a profile that goes deeper than photos
Besides photos, M asks about the things that decide whether two people actually work:
- Values and life decisions — attitude to having children, how fast you like a relationship to move, openness to new experiences.
- Interests, hobbies and sports — including the level you play at, or whether you just like watching.
- Education and work — so M can show where you're compatible professionally too.
- Places and countries — where you've lived, studied or travelled.
- Up to eight favourite places in your city — the cafés, bars and parks where you'd actually like to go on a date.
- Your availability — so dates land on times you can make.
Some answers count more than others: you can mark what matters most to you, and hide answers you don't want shown on your profile.
2. Get matched on compatibility
Instead of an endless deck, you get a small number of potential matches chosen for compatibility. The free plan includes one potential match per day; Premium raises that.
Every potential match is shown to both people, and M shows you why you fit — "You both have strong same views on…" — so a first conversation starts from something real.
3. The date gets planned for you
When you match, M schedules the date — a time that suits both of you, at a place from your favourite spots. No week of "so when are you free?". Need to move it? Rescheduling is built in.
4. Sunday Drops: dating on autopilot
On selected Sundays, M goes one step further: it picks a highly compatible match based on compatibility and availability, and schedules the date for you. It shows up in the app as a ready plan. Can't make it? Tap Apologize — a polite opt-out, no awkwardness. More about Sunday Drops →
5. Meet — safely

FAQ
Is M free?
Yes. The free plan gives you one potential match per day, and matching, chat and planned dates all work without paying. Premium gives you more matches — up to 300% more — and priority placement.
Where does M work?
In every city. You set the city where you want to date; if there aren't enough compatible people nearby, M looks at neighbouring countries first and only then further away.
Do I have to go to the place M suggests?
The plan is a starting point, not an obligation. You can reschedule, and if you can't make it you can politely apologise and opt out.
Why do I need to verify my photo?
M is about meeting real people. Your first photo is used for face verification, and your phone number is verified too. Without photo verification, matching pauses after your second match.
Is M only for dating?
No. MDate is for relationships, MSocial is for friends and shared plans, MLife is for nights out, Events shows what's on in your city, and MReach is for co-founders, investors and hires. You can switch modes on or off.
